Timeline for media accrediation:
- Wed 15th May 2024: Accreditation applications open online at 5pm
- Wed 26th June 2024: Accreditation applications close at midnight
- Mon 1st July 2024: Accreditation mails sent to all applicants (success or failure)
Details of collection sent to all successful applicants - Thur 4th July 2024: Accreditation available for collection from Hollywoodbets Greyville (10am-3pm)
- Fri 5th July 2024: Accreditation available for collection from Hollywoodbets Greyville (10am-3pm)
No late collections! - Sat 6th July 2024: Hollywoodbets Durban July Race Day
No collection of accreditation
NOTE:
There will be no collection of accreditation on race day, however, successful applicants can have their accreditation collected on your behalf by somebody who has a copy of your ID and a fully completed authorisation form (will be sent to all successful applicants via mail on July 1).
